SkoolWala follows a transparent and fair refund policy. Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances outlined below.
Refunds may be issued for:
Duplicate or excess payments
Technical billing errors
Services not delivered due to Company fault
No refunds will be provided for:
Partially used subscription periods
Custom development or integrations
Change of mind after activation
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment by emailing:
support@skoolwala.com
Include payment proof and transaction details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
The Company’s decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
