Welcome to SkoolWala, a smart school management platform developed and operated by WorkSaar, a product division of Firmbeginners IT Solutions Private Limited (“Company”), registered in India. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of SkoolWala’s website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to the Company
“You”, “User” refer to any individual or institution using the Platform
“Institution” refers to schools, colleges, coaching centres, or educational organisations
Users must be legally eligible to enter into a binding contract. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision and consent of a parent, guardian, or authorised institution.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials. The Company is not responsible for unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
Users agree to use SkoolWala only for lawful educational and administrative purposes and not to:
Misuse or reverse engineer the Platform
Upload malicious or unlawful content
Interfere with system security or operations
SkoolWala features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at the Company’s discretion without prior notice.
All platform content, software, trademarks, and designs are the exclusive property of the Company. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for platform usage.
Certain features may require payment. Users agree to provide accurate billing details and comply with applicable tax laws.
The Company may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, misuse, or legal obligations.
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform usage.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
